The Originals and NovaPay have launched a convenient and fast way to receive payments for sold items.
Once the buyer receives and pays for the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch, the funds become available for payout via NovaPay.

Payments are processed through NovaPay, the financial service of Nova Post. It is a convenient and secure way to receive payment for items sold on The Originals.

Frequently asked questions

How does the payout process work?

  • A buyer orders your item on The Originals, after which we ship it via Nova Poshta.
  • The buyer receives and pays for the parcel at a Nova Poshta branch.
  • Once receipt is confirmed, the payout becomes available through NovaPay.

When will I receive the money?

The funds become available after the buyer receives and pays for the parcel. This usually takes up to 2 hours after the parcel is received.

How do I receive my payout?

If you already have a NovaPay account, the funds are automatically credited to your card.

You can:
  • pay for purchases with your card
  • transfer money to other bank cards
  • withdraw cash at a Nova Poshta branch

What if I don't have NovaPay yet?

Download the NovaPay app and open an account — it only takes a few minutes.

Once your account is open, the payout will be available on your NovaPay card. You will also be able to transfer the money to any bank card.

Can I withdraw cash at a branch?

Yes. You can receive your payout at any Nova Poshta branch.

To do so, you need to:
  • contact a branch operator
  • bring your passport

What are the fees for cash withdrawals or transfers to other cards?

Cash withdrawals at Nova Poshta branches are free of charge.
Transfers to cards issued by other banks via NovaPay are also free of charge.

What should I do if the funds are not showing up?

If the funds have not appeared yet:

Please:
  • wait up to two hours after the buyer receives the item
  • check the NovaPay app
  • if you have just opened an account, wait for confirmation

If the sale amount is not showing in the NovaPay app, contact NovaPay customer support.
