The commissions of service depend on the price of the items. The more expensive the items, the lower our commission.

The commission includes the cost of delivering the items from you to our office, professional photography of the items, verification of authenticity by our experts, as well as by the Entrupy device. We take care of all the work of communication and delivery of items to the buyer.

We sell items from premium and luxury brands.

The main list is presented on our website. You can leave a request for the delivery of items at the link, indicating the brands.

We DO NOT accept:

- replicas;

- things with damage, dirty stains, or defects.

- items of mass-market brands.

Our goal is to sell your product at the highest price the market offers.

Based on the analysis of market pricing, we can gradually discount all items by 5-15% for the most effective sale. For bags and jewelry (valued above 30 thousand UAH), the maximum discount can be 30%.

If you do not agree to this, please writing to your manager.

Your commission is calculated based on the initial price of the product before applying discounts, and the final payment will be calculated based on the final selling price of the product.

To accelerate the sale of products, we may apply discounts, regardless of automatic discounting.

For certain brands and categories, we can remove the option of discounting at the stage of approving the sale application. In this case, the item will be sold without discounts, and its price can only be changed with your approval.

Important: if agreed discounting terms are already in place for an item, they will remain unchanged. The option to sell without discounting must be agreed with the manager before the item is accepted for sale.

The option is available for the following items:

• Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Dior bags priced from UAH 50,000;

• jewelry and watches priced from UAH 50,000.

For other current or particularly in-demand items, individual discounting terms can also be discussed with the manager at the stage of approving the application.

If your item turned out to be a replica, it will be sent after covering the operation fee for authentication.

Service commission includes the cost of delivering your items, professional content, and storage.

You will receive payment within 14 days of the sale, as customers have a 3-day right of return. To ensure the item is not used during this time, a special branded tag is attached to it.

Usually, it takes up to 12 working days to prepare your item and list it on the platform.

On average, over 50% of all items sell in the first two months. The exact timeframe depends on price, brand/model, condition, seasonality, and demand — so some items sell very quickly, while others take longer.

We will ask to cover the operational costs of 15 EURO.

Every item listed on ReOriginal is going through a rigorous process of authentication.

By selling and buying on Reoriginal you already make your contribution to support Ukraine, as 5% of every purchase goes to support displaced children and their families from Ukraine. There is also an option to contribute directly by donating part of your item value as well.

At the moment we accept clothes, shoes, fashion accessories, jewelry, and watches.

We cooperate with partner services that provide dry cleaning or repair services for our customers at loyal prices. We take care of all the organization and logistics. You can give us items for sale and we will restore them, under an arrangement with you all the details.

After the buyer receives and pays for the package at a Nova Poshta branch, the funds for the sale become available to the seller via NovaPay.

Payment is usually available within 2 hours after the buyer receives and pays for the order.

If you have a NovaPay account, the funds are credited to your NovaPay card. You can then transfer them to another bank card, use them for payments, or withdraw them in cash at a Nova Poshta branch.

Yes, you can return the item within 14 days from the moment of the delivery. Please, keep all the original tags attached. 

Every item on ReOriginal is undergoing a rigorous process of authentication by our experienced team with over 12 years of experience. We also rely on AI algorithms to ensure the precision of the result. 

Most of our items belonged to our customers, but about 25% of the items on the platform are new items with tags that have not been used.
