What Is a Secure Transaction?

A Secure Transaction – is a way to protect buyers and sellers when making online purchases on The Originals platform. Its main advantages include instant item reservation, payment in two stages, and the option to return an item. We strive to build trust between buyers and sellers and ensure complete transparency throughout the purchasing process.


All items listed on the resale platform undergo an authenticity check carried out by The Originals experts and using artificial intelligence technologies (Entrupy, LegitGrails). This gives buyers confidence in the high quality of the item and its compliance with the stated specifications.


A Secure Transaction also includes an automatic refund if a buyer refuses to accept or returns an item, making the purchasing process as convenient and safe as possible.

Benefits of a Secure Transaction

1. Partial Payment

   By making a partial prepayment, we guarantee that the item is immediately reserved for the buyer until full payment is made. In addition, our sales manager will contact the buyer as a priority to clarify details and provide additional information.

2. Automatic Refund in Case of Refusal

   If the buyer refuses to accept the item or returns it, the funds are automatically refunded to the buyer’s bank card without the need for additional requests.

3. Three Days to Return the Item

   The buyer has the right to return the item within three calendar days of receipt, in accordance with the return policy applicable on the platform.

4. Item Authentication

   All items undergo a mandatory authenticity check carried out by The Originals experts and using artificial intelligence technologies. This guarantees their authenticity and compliance with the stated specifications.

5. Risk Minimization

   Thanks to the structured two-stage payment process, the buyer has the opportunity to verify that the item matches its stated specifications before making the final payment.

How to Complete a Secure Transaction on The Originals

1. Step 1. Reservation

   To reserve an item instantly on the platform, the buyer must make the first partial payment. After that, the item is automatically reserved for the buyer and remains reserved until full payment is made.

2. Step 2. Confirmation 

   After checking the item's availability, our sales manager will contact you to clarify all the details.
   If necessary, we will promptly provide additional information about the item, including detailed photos of its condition, tags, authentication certificates, and other details.

3. Step 3. Payment of the Remaining Balance

   Once the necessary information has been confirmed, our sales manager will inform you of the available payment methods on the platform so that the buyer can conveniently pay the remaining balance.

4. Step 4. Shipping 

   The confirmed order is packed and handed over for shipping in accordance with the agreed delivery terms. 
   We will promptly ship the item using a delivery method convenient for you, across Ukraine and abroad!

5. Step 5. Receipt 

   After receiving the item, the buyer has the opportunity to inspect it thoroughly and verify that it matches the stated specifications, condition, and completeness.

   If any discrepancies are found or the item does not meet the buyer's expectations, the buyer may exercise their right to return it within three calendar days, subject to the established return policy.
