Which brands are eligible for sale on the platform?

We work with premium and luxury brands, including Celine. Submit an application, and a manager will review each model within 24–48 hours.

Which items cannot be consigned for sale on the platform?

We do not accept replicas, items with visible damage, or products from mass-market brands. Items must be in good condition.

How does the revaluation of my item work? How can it affect my commission?

Our goal is to sell your item at the highest price the market can offer.

For the first 60 days after the item arrives at our warehouse and the acceptance and transfer certificate is completed, we do not revalue the item.

After 60 days, based on an analysis of market pricing, we may gradually discount all items by 5–15% per month to ensure the most effective sale. For bags and jewelry valued at more than UAH 30,000, the maximum discount may be 30%; for clothing and footwear, it may be up to 50%.

Your commission is calculated based on the item's initial price before discounts are applied, while the final payout is calculated based on the item's final selling price.

What if my item turns out to be a replica?

If an item turns out to be a replica, we will return it at the recipient's expense. For bags authenticated through Entrupy, delivery is arranged after compensation of UAH 1,000 for the authentication check. Special terms apply to Bulgari, watches, and jewelry. Please contact your manager for details.

I cannot find the original dust bag/box. Does this matter?

The absence of packaging is not critical if the bag is in perfect condition. However, the original dust bag or box improves the presentation and can help speed up the sale.
